At the start of the year I said that 2019 is going to be my time to make the changes that I needed for my health, and January hasn’t failed to disappoint on the ”change” front. It has been a dramatic month, to say the least, but there have been a few personal highlights I have to share.
Tidying up has been a huge Netflix success and inspired many people to take about using Marie’s methods to tackle their own homes, charity shops have even reported huge spikes in donations due to the popularity of the show, but despite all the success… does it really work?
